How to Manage Vaping in the
Workplace with Better HR Policies

If you’re like many employers, you have policies in place for cigarettes, but what about vaping? If your smoking policy doesn’t include all forms of tobacco, it should.

Whether you call it vaping, JUULing, or using an e-cig, the fact remains that most e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which is addictive. As a result, this makes the impact of e-cigarette users vs. cigarette smokers predictably alike in the workplace, which can include higher absenteeism and lower productivity than non-smokers.

Register now for an interactive, 30-minute webinar featuring Jessie Saul, Ph.D., Director of Client Success at the EX Program to learn:

  • Reasons to include e-cigarettes in your workplace policy
  • 7 tips for implementing workplace policies for smoking and e-cigarettes
  • The importance of combining tobacco cessation with policy changes
